Gypsy Jazz at The Foundry

After our last bulletin it seemed everyone enjoyed the benevolent invasion of Foundry Street by the Brighton Morris Men. Even the most determined sceptics seemed to be won over by their inimitable singing and dancing as the pictures on our Foundry Facebook group testify. Although apologies to anyone who turned up the next day hoping for a pint of Harveys Evidently being a Morris man is thirsty work....Moving on to our latest musical extravaganza this Sunday we have the pleasure of welcoming back the Samuel Arts Gypsy Jazz Quartet. Playing jazz in the style of the late great Django Reinhardt incorporating fiddles sax double bass and guitars anyone who caught their Brighton Fringe Festival performance can attest to their hepcat style. Entrance as ever is free and the performance begins at 800pm.....nice

Were aiming to keep friends and customers old and new updated with the latest offers and events at The Foundry. It is with some surprise however that the first event that we have to tell you about is morris dancing Yes The Brighton Morris Men have decided to descend on The Foundry on Thursday 3rd of July at 9pm to provide us with their own unique brand of entertainment followed perhaps by some traditional English folk singing. They aim to and i quote entertain excite and raise the female hormonal levels to an exceptionally receptive level come and see if they manage.....
